1. At fidatrading.com, we offer you a 14-day return policy. If you are not happy with any product or if there is a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2. Any product that is in running meters (example: fabric, laces, elastic etc.) cannont be returned/exchanged once cut by us after customer confirmation.

3. All you need to do is fill up the form found at the “Return and Exchange Policy” section of the website and our customer service representative will get back to you on how to complete the process.

4. Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item, or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for next 14 days only.

5. If you paid COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be given a refund in the form of store credit.

6. Delivery charges for returning may apply. You can also drop the products at our physical store.

7. Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully:
– an item may only be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your product;
– it must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels;
– we do not offer direct exchange of any product. In such scenarios, your existing order will be cancelled, and you will have to place a new order.
